Super Easy Savoury Oatmeal Recipe


Ingredients:

1/2 cup oats

1/2 cup bone broth (or vegetable broth, or water and garlic salt)

1 cup butternut squash soup

Optional:

1 cup sautéed veggies (I recommend spinach)

Fried egg


Directions:

Cook your oats in the broth per the directions for your oats (if microwavable, microwave for 90 seconds)

Heat butternut squash soup (you can use your favourite recipe or store-bought soup, I use this recipe)

Sautee your veggies

Fry your egg

Combine oats, soup and veggies, and top with fried egg

Enjoy!
