Welcome to Week Four of the program! This week we are going to cover one of my all-time favourite topics: self-love and building confidence by tuning in to your True Inner Self.

This week looks a little bit different than the others: I have created two content-rich courses on self-confidence and your inner dialogue. I poured my heart and soul into these courses and rather than do you a disservice by trying to create a shortened version of these trainings for this week's module, I want to give you the whole shebang!

 

So, as part of this program, I've granted you access to these courses and we're going to start with the Peace Out Insecurities course for this week, and  then over the coming weeks you can also work on the Three Weeks to your True Inner Self course. Three Weeks to Your True Inner Self addresses your inner dialogue including your inner bully and it is truly a course that I believe will help you build your confidence.

Week Seven: The Law of Attraction

Welcome to Week Seven of the program! This week we are going to cover the Law of Attraction; one of my all-time favourite topics - I could seriously talk about this for hours! 

The Law of Attraction is such a powerful tool for transforming your life and literally bringing your dreams and your vision into your reality. 

Speaking of dreams, this week I want you to remember to dream BIG. The only limits are the ones you place on yourself, so let's really go for it!

For this week's module, we will be using my signature Law of Attraction 101 course - the course is a two hour intensive designed to teach you all that you need to know to get started with the law of attraction and start attracting your desires to you with a beautiful flow.

We are officially switching gears this week. Up until now we've talked about the foundational pieces and the tools for success, and now it's time to remove any barriers to your goals that might be holding you back. The coming weeks are going to require you to get vulnerable and go deep to truly identify and release all that is no longer serving you, but I know you are 100% ready for the challenge, so let's dive in.

Week Eight - Upper Limits - Samantha Conway

This week, we are going to talk about your upper limits and how they may be impacting your life. We all have upper limits, which is basically to say that our subconscious has selected on our behalf (thanks a lot, subconscious) a state of being that is comfortable (an important note: comfortable doesn't necessarily mean we like it, rather just that it's familiar to us and we know it's safe because hey, we've made it this far).

Upper limits are like a glass ceiling: you don't necessarily see them, but they can definitely get in your way!

When you are trying to up-level in a big way, or you're going full speed ahead towards your big goals, you might find you feel like you suddenly hit a wall, or everything suddenly comes to a halt; that is your upper limit kicking in. 

The thing about your upper limit is that it's there to keep you safe, so any time you step too far out of what is comfortable, your upper limit is going to kick in to try and keep you safe. The only problem with that is that your big goals and dreams are beyond your upper limits!

 

So, today we are going to talk about how your upper limits might be showing up in your life and some simple steps we can take to keep moving the yardstick and bust through those upper limits.
